Terms of service
Last updated 31 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Chamiko (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Chamiko.
What we provide
Chamiko is an information service. We publish automated readings of Kalshi’s 15-minute crypto markets: a side, a grade, a cushion, and an entry price. We do not execute trades for you today, we do not hold your money, and we are not a broker, exchange, or adviser. See our risk disclosure — it is part of these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use event-contract markets where you live. You are responsible for meeting Kalshi’s own rules. One account per person. Do not create an account for anyone else.
Your account
Keep your password private and your email current. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access. We may suspend or close accounts that share credentials, resell our signals, scrape the service, abuse the infrastructure, or break the law.
Payment, renewal, and cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically — weekly plans each week, monthly plans each month — until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Founder is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
- Prices can change. We will tell you before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel first.
- Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose one. We do not charge a card you never added.
Refunds
If Chamiko was materially broken during a period you paid for, email us and we will make it right. We do not refund because a call lost — losing calls are an expected part of the service and are disclosed everywhere, including in our published record.
Automated trading (not yet available)
Automated trading is announced but not launched. When it becomes available, it will require you to connect your own Kalshi API keys and set your own limits, and it will be governed by an additional consent step at that time. Nothing in these terms authorises us to trade on your behalf today.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute, or publish our signals; do not scrape or automate access outside what we provide; do not attempt to breach or overload the service; do not use Chamiko for anything unlawful. We may terminate access for any of these immediately.
Availability
We aim to keep Chamiko running continuously, but we do not guarantee uptime. Signals may be delayed, interrupted, or missed. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature permanently, we will refund the unused portion of your period.
No warranty
Chamiko is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, timely, uninterrupted, or profitable. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Chamiko. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is so, they apply only as far as permitted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Chamiko after that means you accept the updated terms.

Not legal advice. These terms are a plain-language starting point. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review them before you take payments — trading-adjacent services carry specific regulatory obligations.
